Mr. Frog’s Wild Ride, a bicycling event held on Saturday, May 6, is the largest fundraiser for Feeney Park, a community recreational resource in Murphys, California. Feeney Park is funded entirely by volunteers and contributions from the community.
Feeney Park is important to our community. This open-space provides space to play for children and adults along the Highway 4 corridor in Calaveras County. Countless kids and adults have played baseball and other sports in Feeney Park.

A skate park
Clean bathrooms
Beautiful open space for running, walking and picnicking
A community gathering space
Without Feeney Park, Murphys would be a smaller, poorer community.
